You have a culture.  But how would your employees describe it?  This presentation focuses on intentionally building a positive culture, rather than leaving it to default.  It covers some of the common ways leaders are misaligned with the workforce, resulting in a poor atmosphere.  Participants will learn what is on the horizon with incoming generation and related strategic tools with the following key points:

Bio Summary

Kristen Jonas is the owner of Kinesiology HR LLC, a Human Resources organization that is the synergy movement and performance—drawing inspiration from kinesiology, and HR principles to help provide solutions to strengthen a workforce.  As a strategic and hands on partner, services are structured to solve a problem and take something off a leader’s plate.  The most common areas she works with companies on are culture and retention, policy alignment,  performance management, and organizational development.

Using her 25 years in HR Leadership, she has the expertise to speak to organizations and at conferences on topics such as Culture, Workplace Conflict, Dealing with Difficult, Progressive Discipline and Performance Management.  She has been a guest lecturer at the university level, in classroom settings and at campus events.

I use real word experiences and provide lived examples.   I have an interactive style that includes audience response requests and testimony.  I use video shorts to emphasize relevant points. Presentations can be customized to your audience and time allotment.
