Franklin Properties, LLC is the holding company of the multi-tenant office building located at 500 W Franklin Street in Appleton, WI. Our mission is to provide small businesses with exceptional professional space that is welcoming to them and their clients. We strive to maintain a clean, safe, and attractive facility that provides an atmosphere that stimulates innovation, communication, and business growth. We also support tenants by helping them increase online visibility.




Suite A & Suite F (lower level)
Founded in 2018, Unity Recovery Services is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization whose mission is to create opportunities for individuals in and seeking recovery from addiction and behavioral health issues. We provide recovery advocacy, outreach, and education services to community partners; and deliver peer-based recovery support services to individuals and families throughout Outagamie, Winnebago, Waushara and surrounding counties.
Unity’s new Fox Valley office will serve as their corporate headquarters; and will also be home base for our Fox Valley PRISM Team. The PRISM (Peer-based Response, Information, Support, and Maintenance) Team is comprised of certified recovery coaches and peer specialists with lived recovery experience, who act as faces and voices of recovery in their communities and guide those who are new to the recovery process. This new Peer Recovery Center gives the team a place to meet with people they are supporting, as well gather supplies, do reporting, and collaborate with one another. It is Unity’s second such facility, preceded by their Waushara SHINES office in Wautoma. Both offices are funded through a regional Basic Needs Giving Partnership grant within the Community Foundation for the Fox Valley Region and the Oshkosh Area Community Foundation, grants from the Wisconsin Department of Health Services, and generous donations from area individuals, families, and businesses.
The Unity Peer Recovery Center is open Monday through Friday, from 9am to 5pm; and by appointment on Saturdays. We will also be hosting recovery activities and events throughout the year. Unity Executive Director Todd Vander Galien and Program Coordinator Jack Klein, along with several volunteer recovery coaches and peer specialists, will assist visitors by linking them to services throughout the area, developing individualized recovery plans, and encouraging them to make healthy choices while taking ownership of their recovery.
