Enjoy lunch, connect with fellow YPs, and gain valuable skills that will benefit you in your professional journey.\nMeet the Presenter: McKenzie Clemons, Regional Sales Manager for US Lubricants (a company of US Venture)\nMcKenzie is a driven young professional with a strong commitment to both community and business growth. She serves as the Regional Sales Manager for US Lubricants (a company of US Venture), where she plays a pivotal role in overseeing a team and driving national expansion of passenger car motor oil. Her expertise in sales and market development has been instrumental in helping the company expand its footprint and reach new customers across the country.\nIn addition to her corporate role, McKenzie is deeply involved in philanthropic and leadership initiatives. She serves on the Board of the Children’s Cancer Family Foundation, supporting children and families affected by cancer. She also co-chairs the Women’s Fund Luncheon, a key fundraising event that empowers women and girls in the community.\nAs Chair of the Professional Development Committee for Pulse, McKenzie is dedicated to creating opportunities for young professionals to grow and succeed in their careers. Recognized for her leadership and impact, she was honored as a Fox Valley Chamber Future 15 Award recipient and is a proud alumna of the Wisconsin Forward 48 program, where she further honed her leadership skills.\nMcKenzie is passionate about making a difference in both her professional and personal life, continually striving to empower others and contribute to her community’s growth.\n
